What happens if I lose my job?
If you are a non-unionized employee in Canada, and you lose your job, you are likely owed a full severance package — which could be up to 24 months of pay.
Severance is the compensation non-unionized workers receive from their employer when they are fired without cause, or incorrectly let go for cause.
