Kamaal Dhillon is a B.C. employment lawyer and Associate with Samfiru Tumarkin LLP’s Labour and Employment Law practice group, serving clients across the province.

Working through the firm’s Vancouver office, he has extensive experience representing employees and employers on a variety of workplace matters, including:

Kamaal started his legal career practising labour and employment law, as well as civil litigation, at the Punjab and Haryana High Court as part of a prominent law office in Chandigarh, India.

Here in Canada, he worked as an in-house lawyer with the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) — before joining a labour and employment law firm in Vancouver.

In addition to being an accomplished lawyer, Kamaal is a certified workplace investigator.
