Angus Wilson is a B.C. employment lawyer and Associate with Samfiru Tumarkin LLP’s Labour and Employment Law practice group, serving clients across the province.

Working through the firm’s Vancouver office, he provides support on a broad range of employment matters, including:

• Wrongful dismissals

Angus joined Samfiru Tumarkin LLP after articling in the firm’s Vancouver office, where he represented clients before all levels of court in British Columbia and various administrative tribunals.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an industrial relations officer in the B.C. Ministry of Labour — acquiring a granular understanding the province’s employment standards legislation and how it impacts employee rights and employer obligations.

A knowledgeable advocate, Angus takes pride in developing meaningful relationships with his clients and helping them successfully navigate their employment law matters.

Outside of the office, he enjoys exploring B.C.’s backcountry on his gravel bike and hiking with his dog, Lad.
