About Chris Justice
Chris Justice is an Ontario employment lawyer and Senior Associate at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP, representing employees across the province in workplace disputes.
He has successfully resolved employment disputes for clients across a wide range of industries, helping them secure greatly improved severance packages and fair outcomes after being let go or mistreated at work.
With experience in both negotiation and litigation, Chris has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and regularly represents clients in mediations and pre-trial proceedings.

Chris Justice has worked with several top-rated employment law firms in Toronto, where he developed a strong reputation as an advocate for employees.

Education
Chris Justice earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Western Ontario and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Law & Society from York University.
During law school, Chris:

- Assisted clients with landlord and tenant disputes and criminal matters
- Developed his advocacy skills through competitive moot court programs
