Experience
Brandon Ferrante, a Licensed Paralegal, is the Accident Benefits Specialist at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP. He is able to provide expert insight on whether or not an insurer is treating you fairly and what options you may have.
In 2017, Brandon started his career by specializing in personal injury claims, specifically statutory accident benefit claims. He has worked alongside lawyers to represent clients with very serious injuries, including:
- Psychological injuries
- Traumatic brain injuries
- Broken bones
- Back and spinal cord trauma
- Permanent disability or paralysis
In addition to statutory accident benefit claims, Brandon assists individuals with short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), and Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPPD) claims. He is committed to ensuring that his clients receive the treatment and services they need to recover.
Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys watching movies, visiting car shows all over Ontario, and spending time with loved ones.
Education
Brandon completed his paralegal studies diploma from Humber College in 2019.
In February 2020, he passed the Paralegal P1 Licensing exam, which allowed him to become a Licensed Paralegal.

City of Vaughan Hockey Association
Brandon volunteers his time to help coach children on the Vaughan Rangers hockey team. The City of Vaughan Hockey Association (CVHA) is a not-for-profit, minor hockey association, operating within the boundaries of Vaughan.
