Lauren Reid is a Licensed Paralegal at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP with the Labour and Employment Law practice group, serving clients across Ontario.
A fierce advocate, she assists employees and employers on a broad range of employment matters, including:
- Wrongful dismissals
- Constructive dismissals
- Employment contracts
- Workplace harassment and discrimination
After working on her first wrongful dismissal case, Lauren developed a passion for employment law.
Utilizing her diverse experience and educational background, she is able to achieve favourable outcomes for her clients. Lauren understands the complexity of employment relationships and is always eager to help others resolve their issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family, her dog Charlie, and doing activities outdoors.

Lauren obtained her Paralegal Studies Diploma from Durham College and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Legal Studies from Ontario Tech University.
