Williamson v. Brandt Tractor
Naomi and members of the firm secured a substantial severance package for their client in Williamson v. Brandt Tractor. The Ontario Court of Appeal upheld the initial ruling that the individual had been wrongfully dismissed.
Morasse v. Brandt Tractor
