Aaron Levitin is an employment lawyer and associate with Samfiru Tumarkin LLP’s Labour and Employment Law practice group.

Working through the firm’s Calgary, Toronto and Ottawa offices, he serves clients across Alberta and Ontario.

Aaron works with employees and employers with respect to a broad range of employment and labour law matters, including but not limited to:

• Terminations (for cause and without cause)
• Wrongful dismissals
• Constructive dismissals
• Human rights issues
• Severance pay negotiations
• Workplace harassment issues
• Discrimination at work
• Employment contract review and drafting
• Independent contractor misclassification
