Morasse v. Brandt Tractor
Naomi was part of the legal team at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP that successfully represented the employee in Morasse v. Brandt Tractor Ltd. The Ontario Divisional Court upheld a Human Rights Tribunal decision awarding the employee more than $50,000 in damages.
Background
Before entering the legal profession, Naomi spent more than a decade competing as a high-performance athlete on the Ontario Sailing Team, racing against Olympic-level competitors.
