LTD Denied For Insufficient Medical Documentation
I’m 48 years old and I put in an application for long term disability, and was denied last week because of “insufficient medical documentation”. What does that mean? My doctors confirmed that I can’t work because of a back condition and I’m scheduled for back surgery later this year. I’m not optimistic that I will be able to go back even if I get the surgery but should I wait to do the surgery before appealing this decision?
