- The right legal firm for a personal injury claim: It is vital to seek the legal advice of a reputable lawyer in the event of a car accident. Injuries after a car accident can be significant and can lead to a loss of employment and other expenses. The right personal injury lawyer will ensure claimants can appropriately seek compensation for income replacement and necessary treatment.
- Compensation after injury by another driver: There are two types of claims if injured in a car accident. The first type of benefit, called Section B benefits, can pay income loss, medical expenses, etc. Another part of a claim is a TORT claim which is against whoever caused the car accident. Claimants can receive benefits from the insurance company of the at-fault driver.
- A passenger injured in a car accident: Passengers are also able to access benefits if injured in a car accident. Individuals with serious injuries, such as traumatic head injuries, can access Section B benefits. For individuals unable to work, income replacement benefits can also be pursued.

If a fall is a result of the negligence of a store owner, a personal injury claim can be pursued.
