- Slip and fall accidents and injury compensation: Individuals who experience injuries due to a slip and fall accident are legally owed compensation. Courts across the country have determined judgements for damages due to the negligence of another individual. Slip and fall accidents can result in compensation for income replacement and pain and suffering.
- Severe head injury after a car accident: After a car accident occurs, legal steps have to be taken in order to ensure an individual’s recovery and compensation is appropriately given. In the event a car accident occurs due to the fault of another driver, the at-fault driver’s insurance company must pay significant damages.
