What Happened?
- Emergency crews responded to reports of a 2-vehicle crash on the highway between Perth Road 140 and Perth Road 145 around 5:30am ET on April 17.
- 3 people were airlifted to local hospital in critical condition, which included 1 of the drivers. That individual, a 35-year-old, succumbed to their injuries and has been pronounced dead.
- Highway 8 between Perth Road 140 and Perth Road 145 was temporarily closed.
