Show Notes
- Accident and income replacement benefits: Many individuals that do not have typical jobs are unaware they can still receive accident income benefits. For self-employed individuals, a forensic accounting report will have to be conducted to determine the benefits that an individual should receive. Small business owners could also be compensated to hire additional staff to ensure the business can keep running.
- Cannot find the individual responsible for a car accident: In the event that the perpetrator of a car accident cannot be found, insurance benefits are still able to be claimed. Income replacement benefits, medical rehabilitation benefits, as well as potential attendant care benefits can still be provided through an individual’s own insurance coverage.
- Putting in a claim after an accident: Regardless of who is at fault in a car accident, an individual will always be entitled to benefits through their insurance company. For individuals that do experience severe injuries as a result of a car accident in which another driver was at fault, a claim to the at-fault driver’s insurance should be pursued.
