Show Notes
- Slip and fall accidents in winter: It is important for individuals that have experienced a slip and fall accident and sustained an injury, to determine whether or not an external entity was responsible. If an accident has occurred due to negligence, those responsible could face legal action. In some cases, accidents and injuries can prevent individuals from working and earning an income. Treatment and recovery can be expensive. Individuals can be owed pain and suffering damages as well as treatment costs, and income replacement benefits.
- Car accidents and injury benefits: Many people are unaware of their legal rights if they have been involved in a car accident. Individuals injured after a car accident are entitled to benefits from their own insurance company regardless of fault. For those who have been injured in an accident through no fault of their own but another person, significant compensation could be owed.
