• A month into my temporary layoff I became very ill and had to undergo surgery. I asked my employer for short term disability claim but was denied my disability coverage when I was laid off. Can they do this?
• My best friend was injured in a car accident and his injuries still make it very hard for him. His insurance company is now telling him he has to go find some other job.  I don’t know what he could do.
• What happens to someone if they’re getting disability benefits and then they’re involved in a motor vehicle accident?
