Shira holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph, as well as a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
She further broadened her expertise by earning a certificate in Public International Law through the Global International Law Program at the Bader International Study Centre in Herstmonceux, England.
