Sharda Sankar Bickramsingh is a Licensed Paralegal at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP with the Labour and Employment Law practice group, serving clients across Ontario.
Working through the firm’s offices in Toronto and Ottawa, she assists employees and employers on a broad range of employment matters, including:
Sharda’s diverse experience in the legal field, as well as her educational background, allow her to effectively navigate various stages of employment law matters.
She has successfully appeared before various courts and tribunals in Ontario, including the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, and the Landlord and Tenant Board.
A fierce and compassionate advocate, Sharda understands the complexity of employment relationships — dedicated to providing empathetic, honest, and efficient legal representation.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, cooking international dishes, exploring nature, and reading.
Education
Sharda graduated from the Paralegal Diploma Program at the Canadian Institute of Management and Technology with a 4.5 GPA.
Prior to obtaining a Paralegal Diploma, she received the Litigation Award and High Honours in the Office Administration – Legal Diploma Program from Sheridan College.
