Halley Auger is an Alberta employment lawyer and Associate with Samfiru Tumarkin LLP’s Labour and Employment Law practice group, serving clients across the province through the firm’s Calgary office.
Halley has a diverse practice. She provides legal advice and representation to both employees and employers on a variety of employment law matters, including:

Prior to joining Samfiru Tumarkin LLP in February 2023, Halley spent nearly a decade developing a general civil litigation practice at a highly regarded firm in Calgary.

In her spare time, Halley enjoys glassblowing, sewing, golfing, and spending time in the mountains with her husband and dog.

Halley obtained her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Windsor.
During law school, she completed a practicum at Legal Assistance of Windsor, which is a low-income legal and social work clinic.
Before attending law school, Halley attended the University of Calgary where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
