Woman hurt after being struck by vehicle in St. Catharines’ Haig neighbourhood

A woman has been taken to hospital after being struck by a vehicle in St. Catharines’ Haig neighbourhood.
- The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) responded to the area of Lake Street and Dunlop Drive around 6:40 a.m. ET on Nov. 21.
- Emergency crews arrived to find a woman with serious injuries. She was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
- The woman’s injuries aren’t considered to be life-threatening.
- The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with police.
Investigation updates
The cause of the collision remains under investigation. It’s unclear if charges are pending.
