What’s Happening at Volkswagen?

Volkswagen is reportedly planning to cut approximately 100,000 jobs and close 4 German plants.

The historic overhaul at the automaker — expected to take place over the coming years — is aimed at helping it counter intensifying competition from Chinese car brands.
