Can you refuse to work alongside an unvaccinated colleague?

Employees cannot refuse to work with unvaccinated employees in workplaces in which there is no government mandate imposing vaccinations. Employers are however obligated to provide a healthy and safe work environment with public health measures in place, such as social distancing, mask-wearing, etc.
