The following is a comprehensive list of the eight statutory holidays in Prince Edward Island, and when they take place in 2021. These are dates where employees are entitled to a day off work with stat holiday pay in P.E.I.

Optional 2021 P.E.I. Stat Holidays
In addition to the official statutory holidays, there are a few days in 2021 that are recognized as “optional” holidays in P.E.I. for provincially regulated employees. These days are not mandated as paid days off, but employers may choose to observe them:

- Victoria Day: May 24, Monday
- Civic Holiday: August 2, Monday
- Thanksgiving Day: October 11, Monday
- Boxing Day: December 26, Sunday
