Foodora couriers declared ‘dependent contractors,’ win right to unionize – 640 Toronto
The Ontario Labour Relations Board has cleared the way for Foodora couriers to unionize.
The decision this week identifies the couriers for the food-delivery company as dependent contractors, rather than independent contractors.
