An investigation by CBC News into call centre tactics has shed light on how Rogers Communications pushes its employees to upsell unsuspecting customers.

Dozens of the media giant’s past and present workers have described their work environment as “toxic,” “intense,” and “high pressure.” Employees are allegedly threatened with termination from their job if they fail to add more services and costs to a customer’s account.
