Employment lawyer on possibility of vaccine passports

News of mandatory vaccinations in some businesses in the United States has resulted in continued questions and concerns for a similar mandate in Canada. What will the federal government and provincial governments decide?
Jon Pinkus, a Toronto employment lawyer and Partner at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP informs CBC News that there could be confusion among the provinces with a new federal vaccine policy.
“Federal implementation will create a patchwork system. The provinces, who are not indicating they will legislate mandatory vaccines, will conflict with the federal government,” says Pinkus.
