One child has been taken to hospital after a school bus was rear-ended in Greater Sudbury.
- The incident took place on Municipal Road 35, east of Azilda, around 8 a.m. ET on Dec. 18.
- Jesse Oshell, deputy fire chief at the City of Greater Sudbury, told CTV News in an email that the child was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.
- The driver of the vehicle that rear-ended the school bus remained at the scene and is cooperating with police.
Investigation updates
The cause of the collision remains under investigation. It’s unclear if charges are pending.
