CCLA Civil Litigation Conference
The County of Carleton Law Association is holding its annual civil litigation conference next month, however this year the conference will be held virtually.
The conference held will be concerning general employment law and will cover many topics. This year, Samfiru Tumarkin LLP’s Ottawa employment lawyer is partner Alex Lucifero have been asked to speak on the new simplified procedures as well as the implications of Waksdale.
