- The incident took place in the area of Queenston Road and Concession 6 around 3 am ET on July 22.
- According to investigators, the vehicle left the roadway and hit a tree before catching fire.
- 3 people were pronounced dead at the scene. The forensic services unit is working to identify the victims.
