Warning to Employers Over Bill 148 Changes

New labour reforms introduced by the Ford government do not give employers the ability to change terms of employment without consequences, says employment lawyer Alex Lucifero.

The Ottawa employment lawyer and managing partner of Samfiru Tumarkin LLP joined CTV Morning Live Ottawa to discuss the changes that will and will not occur across the province once Bill 148 comes into full force in 2019.
