Dell Trims Workforce by About 10% for Third Consecutive Year

New reporting from Dell revealed that the tech giant has reduced its workforce by approximately 10% for a third year in a row.

According to the latest 10-K filing, the company had around 97,000 employees as of Jan. 31, 2026 — marking a drop of 11,000 workers since 2025.
