• Ontario laws regarding motor vehicle accidents: It is essential for those who have suffered extensive injuries to be aware of the benefits available to them through insurance. There are income replacement programs as well as other potential entitlements and benefits available. There is also a potential TORTS claim if the individual injured was not responsible for the vehicle accident.
