- Fraudulent clinics providing treatment for claimants: Some claimants and claims can be seen as fraudulent depending on who the individuals seek out for treatment and diagnosis. it is important to speak to the right disability and personal injury lawyers in order to prevent further complications and legal consequences.
- Claimants with injuries after an accident denied due to pre-existing condition: Some claimants who have experienced injuries after an accident are denied long-term disability benefits as a result of a previous medical condition and should speak to a disability lawyer. Accidents can worsen a condition that previously still permitted an individual to work.
- Brain injury as a result of a car accident and inability to work: Traumatic brain injuries must be dealt with as they can cause lasting long-term effects. Significant accidents will engage multiple insurance companies and there will also be a claim for income loss and treatment for the individual who was responsible for the accident.
