Notable Cases
Ferguson v. Yorkwest Plumbing Supply
Gurlal and Aaron Levitin successfully represented an employee who was wrongfully dismissed and owed commissions. The employer repeatedly tried to delay the case, leading the court to strike out the employer’s defense due to their obstructive behavior. This wasn’t just a win for Gurlal’s vindicated client, who was awarded $10,000 in costs, but a strong reminder that justice prevails, even against delay tactics.
