Angus Wilson is a B.C. employment lawyer and Associate with Samfiru Tumarkin LLP’s Labour and Employment Law practice group, serving clients across the province.

Angus joined Samfiru Tumarkin LLP after articling in the firm’s Vancouver office, where he represented clients before all levels of court in British Columbia and various administrative tribunals.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an industrial relations officer in the B.C. Ministry of Labour — acquiring a granular understanding the province’s employment standards legislation and how it impacts employee rights and employer obligations.

Education
Angus obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Victoria. During an exchange semester, he received the Tan Keng Feng Award from the National University of Singapore for writing the faculty’s highest-graded research paper.
Prior to law school, Angus graduated from the University of Manitoba with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Strategic Studies.
