⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wish I could give 10*! Excellent experience! I have seen employment lawyer on tv & when I found myself with some questions, I thought “what the heck”. Well, I was so blown away by the customer service. I sent a request Sunday & someone called me the same day to get my intake information. I called back Mon & made an appointment for Fri. Something came up & I needed to change to Wed appointment . I followed up with an email to Jordan Sporniak & received a quick, polite reply that I could be accommodated for Wed. Ryan Alkenbrack was the lawyer assigned to me & he was patient, professional, through, kind & very reassuring. He had already taken the time to review the employment contract I sent him, thus he was able to quickly navigate my concerns! He is extremely informative & gave me the answers I needed! After 30 minutes of extremely insightful information and guidance, with honest transparency, he told me I am likely better off pursuing a path that didn’t need a lawyers retention.
