Most people do not realize that they can get more than that and may feel intimidated by their company. It costs you nothing to use the severance pay calculator to see if you are entitled to more. All it costs you is a minimal amount of time to see if you are entitled to more. From there you can get a free consultation to see if you wish to proceed. We did and spoke with Joseph Livolsi. He explained what he believed we could get, previous dealings with the company and what the fees would be for any additional severance they were able to attain from what was already received. Joseph explained the process, the timeline and kept us up to date on his negotiations. We were very satisfied with the results and the timeliness to resolve the issue. You have nothing to lose but can gain additional pay to get you through a trying time with the loss of employment through no fault of yourself.
