⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I will preface my comments by saying that our experience in dealing with Samfiru Tumarkin regarding my wife’s employment matter was excellent. The support and service we had from James Parker and his Assistant, Kristen, was top notch. From our first consult with them we were impressed. The spent more time than we would have expected for an initial consultation. At the end of our discussion we were advised what my wife could realistically expect. Through this initial consult our minds were put at ease and, we felt we had been educated about the possible solution and reasoning behind it. We were given two options if we wanted to retain their services. It was helpful to have an option as opposed to no payment options. This helped reduce our stress level following my wife’s job loss. Once retained, James and Kristen kept us up to date on the matter. Any questions were responded to in a timely manner. We felt we were learning as we went through it. The relationship felt like a partnership which was helpful. James had some great suggestions as to how to best structure a proposed settlement that would benefit my wife in terms of “take home” funds and minimize any tax consequences. Would highly recommend.
