⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m SPEECHLESS! My initial interaction with Mr. Gurlal Kler I was given the satisfaction that I was needing from day one, a need that was not fulfilled by one of the attorneys that I had hired prior to represent me. I was repeatedly told by this individual that I had no case, and that the chances for my claim to be accepted are slim to none. This is the last that one would like to hear from an attorney that’s representing you. After letting go of this attorney, I proceeded to Mr. Kler and he genuinely took on my case. The second meeting was another step towards the assurance that I needed, and most definitively received. Mr. Kler is incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. An individual who was extremely prompt in all correspondence, but most importantly kept me informed every step of the way. Mr. Kler, most definitely, valued, respected and represented me to his fullest capability. Never once did I hear from Mr. Kler that my case was void after a discussion of facts, but was advised that I need not to worry, and from this point forward to leave all in his hands. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I called Samfiru Tumarkin LLP after listening to their employment law segments on the radio for a really long time. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Gurlal Kler. Mr. Kler is a very professional and prompt. He answered all my questions quickly and his email response time was also fast. He made my mom feel valued and respected. He understood the struggle of a 62 year old being let go without any reason. Mr. Kler was patient, respectful and tried his best to use simpler language when communicating with my mom as my mom’s english isn’t the best. My mom was let go by her employer after 20+ years of service with only about 6 months of severance. The employer tried to rip my mom off and Mr. Kler was able to get her a year and a half of severance paid as if she was still going to work. Plus the employer paid some of the legal fee. The employer was also trying to add terms into the settlement agreement such as the requirement for my mom to apply to jobs full time and provide reports to them in order to keep the monthly severance payments going. Mr. Kler made sure that such a ridiculous demand would not be acceptable and got that term removed. Mr. Kler was fierce in his email correspondence with the employer’s lawyer as the employer was causing delays in starting the monthly severance payments. Quickly thereafter the initial cheque was deposited into my mom’s account. I recommend Mr. Kler at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP to everyone and I will continue to do so. Thank you Gurlal Kler.
