I recently had an issue with a former employer which had to be resolved legally. I contacted Samfiru Tumarkin LLP for help! I could not have made a better decision! Dan Balkaran and his team were extremely helpful and explained each and every step as we navigated through the process. I know that I am not their only Client, but they made me feel like I was. It took almost a year of paperwork and correspondence, and after what seemed to be an eternity, we finally got to mediation. I am so thankful I had Dan in my corner during this process; he made sure that I received a fair settlement. Without Dan’s advice and counsel, this would have turned out to be a lost cause.
