Windsor Police say the crash happened shortly before 11:30 p.m. at McDougall Street and Giles Boulevard East.
- One vehicle was found with rear-end damage
- The second driver fled the scene
- Witnesses helped police locate the suspect vehicle on Wellington Avenue
- Officers arrested the woman and detected signs of impairment
- She failed a breath test at headquarters
- No physical injuries were reported
Police have charged Carol O’Keefe, 39, with impaired operation, failing to remain, and careless driving.
