Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a single-vehicle crash east of Smiths Falls that caused a blackout.
- Officials said a vehicle collided with a hydro pole in the area of Montague Township on Jan. 7 — knocking over power lines.
- No physical injuries have been reported at this time.
- Hydro One expects power to be restored to approximately 181 households in the early afternoon.
