1 Dead, 1 Critical After Single-Vehicle Hwy. 400 Crash Near Port Severn
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a fatal single-vehicle collision on Highway 400 near Port Severn on Nov. 5, 2025.

What Happened?
- The incident took place in the northbound lanes of the highway between White Falls Road and Crooked Bay Road after 11:30am ET on Nov. 5.
- According to OPP, the vehicle veered off the road and struck a rock cut.
- One of the 3 women in the vehicle, a 68-year-old, was pronounced dead at the scene. Another was airlifted to a trauma centre in critical condition.
- It’s unclear if the deceased or the injured woman were the driver of the vehicle.
Investigation Updates
The cause of the fatal collision remains under investigation.
