Ottawa OPP investigating fatal single-vehicle crash on Hwy. 417
Incident details
An Ottawa man is dead following a single-vehicle collision on Highway 417.
- Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say the incident happened on the highway at Terry Fox Drive around 6 p.m. ET on Nov. 15.
- The driver of the vehicle, a 65-year-old man, was rushed to hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
- Highway 417 was closed for several hours as investigators looked into the cause of crash.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
