Ontario suspends 25% surcharge on all U.S. electricity exports

What’s happening?
Ontario is suspending its 25 per cent surcharge on all electricity exports stateside.
The trade action, which went into effect on March 10, comes after U.S. President Donald Trump announced that he would retaliate by doubling incoming steel and aluminum tariffs to 50 per cent.
It remains unclear if Ford will be keeping U.S. booze off LCBO shelves.
