A fatal motorcycle collision occurred on Groat Road in Edmonton on Monday, resulting in the death of a 21-year-old motorcyclist. The incident happened around 3:15 p.m. between Stony Plain Road and 102 Avenue.
- According to the Edmonton Police Service (EPS), the motorcyclist was heading north on Groat Road when he collided with the center median, which caused him to be thrown into the path of an oncoming truck traveling south.
- The 21-year-old male rider was quickly transported to a nearby hospital following the crash, but he tragically succumbed to his injuries.
