Vancouver’s MeeT Closing Yaletown Location After 8 Years: Employee Rights
MeeT, a popular Vancouver-based vegan restaurant, is closing its location at 1165 Mainland Street in Yaletown after 8 years.
“It’s been an honour to serve you all,” the company said in a recent Instagram post.
“Yaletown will always be a special place for us, but in this challenging economy, we also recognize that having multiple locations so close to each other presents challenges as we look toward the future. These changes mean it’s time to focus on our original location, MeeT on Main.”
The final day of service at MeeT in Yaletown will be Saturday, March 28, 2026.
