Man, 24, dead after Audi A4 ‘struck a pole’ in West Lincoln

A 24-year-old man is dead following a single-vehicle collision in West Lincoln.
The incident took place in the area of Regional Road 20 and Regional Road 27 just before 6 p.m. ET on Dec. 17.
- Niagara police told reporters that the man, driving an Audi A4, was travelling westbound on Regional Road 20 when he lost control of the vehicle and “struck a pole.”
- The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
- Motorists were asked to avoid the area.

The cause of the single-vehicle collision remains under investigation.
