What’s Happening at Lucid Motors?

Lucid Motors is reportedly eliminating approximately 12% of its workforce in an effort to “improve operational effectiveness and optimize our resources as we continue on our path toward profitability.”


Which Roles at Lucid Motors are Affected?

While the specific roles affected remains unclear, Lucid Motors confirmed that the latest workforce reduction doesn’t apply to hourly workers on the following teams:

  • Manufacturing
  • Logistics
  • Quality

The company currently employs dozens of Canadians, according to LinkedIn.
