52-Year-Old Man Dead After Jeep Compass, Acura MDX Collide in Hamilton
Hamilton police are investigating a fatal collision involving a Jeep Compass and a 2022 Acura MDX on Feb. 16, 2026.

What Happened?
- The incident took place on Wilson Street West at the Highway 403 eastbound exit ramp just after 7:30pm ET on Feb. 16.
- According to Hamilton police, the driver of the Acura MDX, a 52-year-old man, was pronounced dead in hospital. The condition of his passenger in the front seat, a 43-year-old woman, isn’t considered life-threatening.
- The driver of the Jeep Compass, a 29-year-old woman, is in stable condition following the crash.
Investigation Updates
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Speed, weather, and impairment are being examined as potential factors.
